Location, location, location...this cozy Sunriver cabin is located within a short walk to many of Sunriver's attractions; the shops, restaurants, and fun in the Village at Sunriver are found a few blocks away so you can park your car and leave it behind! With accommodations for up to six of your closest family or friends, this cabin is perfectly suited to host a couples' getaway or small family retreat.
The cozy living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of books, games and puzzles to keep you entertained on a cool night. The small but well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining table have everything you will need to host a meal for six. A sliding glass door opens from the dining/living areas onto a large, wrap-around deck with a private hot tub, gas BBQ and patio seating.
The first of two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main floor.
Wind your way up the classic spiral staircase (watch your head!) to find the second queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom and the bonus loft that accommodates 2 with a Twin daybed and Twin trundle bed.
There is an upper deck located off the loft with exterior stairs connecting to the lower deck.
When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, set off on foot or hop on one of the 3 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 8 Deer and 10 Deer Lane homes for room for the whole family.

Our stay was wonderful! ... The home was very clean and the staff at Bennington checked on us to make all was well. 1 Deer Lane is a simple home that is a bit dated and could use a new coat of paint in a few places, HOWEVER, what a joy to stay in a place that did not require constant focus on the breakage of “pretties†scattered about. This was cozy, very cozy with a rustic and well-loved feel - everywhere. For parents with animated youth, this is your destination :-) For parents with small children, be-wary of the spiral staircase. If I were 3 ... well, think moth and flame. You probably should bring some sort of gate to control access to the steps. For couples, while 1 Deer Lane will not provide the luxury some trips require, I can assure you this home will satisfy your needs if the focus is enjoying a spouse or significant other in front of a warm fire with a glass of wine at a great price!

The location is great, the hot tub is excellent. And the layout of the house is perfect if two couples stayed or a small family. The large dining room table was great for all of the board games we played.

This was the perfect, little cabin for our family of four. We had plenty of room to spread out and hang out together. My favorite part was the living room as the gas fireplace was amazing and kept us cozy and warm and provided the perfect cabin atmosphere. We also loved the hot tub right off the living room. And lastly, the walk into the village is so close and easy. This was the perfect place for our winter ski vacation. Thank you for everything! We can't wait to come back.

I really wanted to have a quiet stay in Sunriver for my birthday. I chose to stay in this home because I had everything I was looking for: close proximity to the village, dog friendly, gas fireplace, and a hot tub. It was very relaxing. And the Bennington staff made it feel special.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week visit and lacked for nothing. Thank you for all the thoughtful items and amenities. Beds were comfy and kitchen a pleasure to use as we did quite a bit of cooking. The fireplace and heat worked well as it was a chilly week. We loved the location and just a short walk to village.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The hot tub broke at one point, but someone came first thing in the morning to fix it. One comment about the hot tub: the instructions talk about the "blower" and the "pump", however those terms are very confusing (which is the jets?) for those not used to hot tubs. Maybe simplifying the directions using the same terms as are on the hot tub itself would be helpful.

Everything was awesome! I loved the cabin itself as well as the location. It was cozy, warm and wonderful! What was really sad was that the main reason I picked this cabin was because it had a hot tub, and the hot tub didn't work. The first night we were there, we tried to get in and the jets didn't work and the water was lukewarm. We called the next morning to have somebody come look at it, and they did, but that night we tried to get it and the jet only came on for 30 seconds and then turned off again and the water started to cool. So, a hot tub being the main reason we picked it, and we couldn't use it, was sad. If I give a lower star than 5, it's only because of this.

Our stay at 1 Deer Lane was very nice. The cabin is family friendly from the furnishings to the games/books/movies and kitchen supplies to the location. We very much appreciated the dog friendliness and provided supplies. The cabin is in a very walkable spot and well kept/clean. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Sunriver 10 times before but never with Bennington Properties...wow, am I glad we found them. They make sure you have everything you need and the home was very clean. Home was perfect for us. Family trip and our daughter brought her friend...upstairs loft area was perfect. Kids had there own space. Very cozy. I do like a wee bit more seclusion but it was close to village to that was nice!
