Numerous large windows and an abundance of surrounding trees bring the outdoors in at this beautiful Sunriver vacation rental home. Located in the heart of Sunriver, this thoughtfully laid-out home features an open floor plan with accommodations for up to 12 guests - perfect for a multi-family retreat.
Preparing meals will be a breeze for your group's resident chef(s) - the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to host a dinner party - a gas range, stainless appliances, pots/pans/utensils galore - the expansive tile counter tops and a large center island with bar seating means multiple people can participate without running into one another! The spacious family room has plenty of room for socializing with comfortable seating for nine, and the dining table seats ten.
You will find two suites on the first floor, one with a King bed and one with a comfortable Queen bed, both bedrooms have private bathrooms. You’ll also find a guest half bathroom and the laundry room on this level.
Upstairs are bedrooms 3 and 4, one room has a Queen bed, and the second is a bunk room with a twin over twin and a twin over full bunk bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You'll also find a light filled loft with a queen sofa bed for curling up with your favorite book.
As lovely as the inside of 16 Cultus is, the large back deck is where you will spend all of your time in the summer! There is seating for six for outdoor meals nearby the gas BBQ, and two chaise lounges will encourage you to take in the sun. A large private hot tub provides the perfect opportunity to relax under the stars after an active day.
Looking for some friendly competition? Step into the garage to challenge your group to a game of Ping Pong! Want to get active? To explore this beautiful area, take a bike ride on one of the 6 adult Big Dog bikes provided to Ft. Rock Park, or a 10 minute walk to the River. This is one vacation home you will plan on returning to year after year.

This is a great home for a couple families with kids. Lots of room for all and the layout was great! Located in a central area of Sunriver with a short bike ride to Fort Rock Park and fairly close to the SHARC and the Village.

Loved the house and setting. Staff was great with the texting and emailing. Our only disappointment is apparently housekeeping was not able to locate and return the two stuffed animals that our granddaughter left behind in the bed where she slept.

A beautiful and comfortable home! Lots of room and had everything that we needed. The kids did wish they had a updated TV in the loft bedroom so that they could hook-up their Xbox. But it was a blessing in disguise, as it forced them to sit downstairs with the rest of us. We had a minor mishap with a lamp and were amazed with the level of service we received from Jessica at Bennington. We love this house and are booking it again for next year!

Our weekend at Cultus 16 was perfect for our family gathering of 10 people. The house was immaculate, tastefully furnished, ping pong and foos ball and bikes an added bonus. Kitchen is well stocked as I've seen! ( one suggestion though is to replace or discard waffle maker that isn't working properly). The 4 bedrooms each with own bathrooms is glorious!Your welcome notes, wine and dog treats are always appreciated as well. And we were able to walk to river everyday. We come to Sun River nearly every year for a family ski weekend and will of course return to Bennington again, and maybe to this same house! Thank you again for a lovely weekend.

We had such a great time. Very few times we can get our family together (kids and grandkids) all in one house. The layout was really good and the fact that mostly everyone had their own bathroom was a real bonus! We did have some problems with the gas stove top/washing machine/and barbecue. When I contacted you, you not only said you would have the situations taken care of immediately, but gave us a $250 gift certificate which we plan to use soon!!<br/>

16 Cultus was a great vacation house. The size and layout worked well for our group of 12 people. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of gathering space in the dinning room and on the deck for meals. The property was a little further from the Village than places we have stayed before, making it a longer bike ride but also making it a quieter location. We enjoyed our stay and the Bennington staff was great, as usual! We would definitely recommend this property to families that want a comfortable pace and quiet location.

The North end houses are always much quieter being how most people like to be closer to the village, however if you ask me the quiet places are the way to go. This house worked out perfectly for us. We had 3 couples (one with a newborn and another with newborn plus toddlers) and the house worked out great. The rooms with private bathrooms was excellent and the two adjoining rooms upstairs worked out fabulous for the family with toddlers. Those kids loved having their own room with the books and goodies they found stored there! The table was huge and fit all of us. The family room had space for all of us to lounge around in. <br/><br/>The culdesac was excellent for the kids to ride their bikes around and the bikes provided at the house were perfect for the adults - they were all in great shape!<br/><br/>We did a big run to costco when we got their so the extra fridge/freezer in the garage was definitely a nice add on!<br/><br/>We went a little earlier this year so it wasn't as hot as some of the stays we've had in Sunriver but the ceiling fans in all the rooms were still nice! The AC seemed to work but didn't cool down the upstairs that much - again, it wasn't hot so wasn't a big deal for us and I'd imagine just keeping the blinds closed upstairs and the ceiling fans on would help better circulate some cooler air. <br/><br/>Overall a great stay! We would definitely consider staying at Cultus 16 again!

The stove burners didn't work properly.<br/>The windows shades in the bedroom downstairs closest to the kitchen both were broken so the sun came in on us every morning. <br/>The shower screamed while I was using it, same room as the window shade issue. The front door lock didn't work so we had to go buy new batteries for it. <br/>We called to have someone come out to fix the stove and shades -no one did.
