This is a beautiful home with tasteful, comfortable furnishings and decor. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were so appreciative of the extra refrigerator in the garage for drinks and food overflow. There are three decks with plenty of chairs for all to sit. We loved the garage with the pool table, ping pong table, corn hole, and lots of bikes. The home also has a lot of games under the coffee table. Each bedroom had it's own tv. The location was quiet, private, had room for at least 4 vehicles and was close to Fort Rock Park. I would definitely rent Crater Lane 7 again and highly recommend it!

This home is beautiful and perfect for a large family or a couple of families. The living room/dining room/kitchen area is great for socializing and sharing great meals. The upstairs primary bedroom has beautiful views. The lower level offers two amazing King bedrooms along with a great kids rooms with bunks, a desk and TV area including a couch. The garage held an amazing game space but it was a little too cold for us during this trip. We appreciated the laundry as well. The outside deck space was expansive and would be great for entertaining outside during the spring/summer months. We happened to be in town during a gorgeous snow event.

Our group consisted of 5 adults and our 2 year old. It was fairly child friendly for a toddler who can do stairs on their own with a hand hold and not a lot of knickknacks around for her to get ahold of. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed as far as dishes, ziplocks, Tupperware and etc goes. The forest views were awesome and the deck was really nice. We were very comfortable here and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our 1st Sunriver stay. The house was great and had everything you need to feel right at home. The property manager was excellent as they communicated regularly with necessary information and also included a number email recommendations to help us make the most of our stay. We will stay here again!!

My family of four stayed for a week and had an excellent experience in this home, which came clean, well appointed, and—thankfully—with AC. It was a little pricey but we thought the quality of the home and the extras—multiple patios with furniture, bicycles, pool table, etc. made it worth the splurge. The Bennington staff were also very helpful and communicative. Would like to stay again!

I would like to send my appreciation for the opportunity to rent your lovely home. This home is in the most wonderful location for the market, clubhouse,pools,bike riding etc. I stayed for several weeks alone with no car and was able to entertain myself and shop and walk to the square for entertainment and meals out, without the use of the car. The deck is the most lovely, peaceful area to spend relax time reading and watching the deer and blue jays. All the amenities you would ever need are available at this house from heating up meals to cooking gourmet dinners. Big screen t.v.and of course t.v.s in all bedrooms for relax in bed and watch my favorite late shows. You can really feel at home here.

We were lucky enough to be guests at the property located at 7 Crater Lane, Sunriver Oregon on more than one occasion. The property boasts a welcoming entry way with porch attached, lovely in mild months to sit with a book and enjoy nature. Split level access provides a spacious and open living/dining and kitchen area upstairs, complete with a huge fireplace. The expansive windows and sliding glass doors welcome you to the outdoors to be enjoyed on a wrap around deck with plenty of seating and outdoor dining space. Indoors or outdoors, surroundings beautiful to enjoy any season that you are lucky enough to visit. One en-suite bedroom upstairs, the downstairs is roomy enough with three bedrooms to accommodate multiple guests with complete privacy. The renovated bathroom is welcoming and ample for everyone’s needs. The owners have taken great care with the furnishings and commodities provided to make sure you need nothing to stay here comfortably. From the quality linens and towels, to the fully stocked kitchen, all you need bring is your love of the art of relaxation and enjoying a prime residence at it’s finest. We’d rate our stay there a 12 on a 1-10 scale!
