Cozy and charming!

Erin - Gresham

This place was cozy and charming! It has a good location and great hot tub! The property management group/owner responded quickly to any questions that I had. The place was clean and well-maintained. My only issue was that the beds weren't the most comfortable. Great for a short term stay!

Great 2 bedroom house with easy walking access to the village. Kitchen has been updated as well which offers a lot more counter space. We have had trouble getting the TV to work a few visits.

Darling Cabin

Carrie - Forest Grove

This is a darling cabin, walking distance from Sunriver Village. Decorated with comfortable furnishings and quaint cabin decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with bake ware and dishes for cooking and dining in. A brew coffee pot as well as a Keurig. The hot tub was an added bonus. Thank you for arranging SNOW for our stay! We will be back!

Simply AMAZING!!! We will be back!

The home is immaculately clean. Fully stocked for a family getaway. Bike/walking paths everywhere. Backing up the the forest was sublime. We will choose this home anytime we come down to Sunriver! Amazing.

Outstanding Stay at 8 Coyote Lane - Sunriver

Kevin - Winchester

If you are looking at a cozy little cabin in Sunriver, 8 Coyote Lane is the place to stay! We met some friends there for a much needed reunion and it was the perfect spot. Check-in was easy. Everything was spotless, beds were comfy and it was perfect to build a fire in the evening and visit. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need. We enjoyed the hot tub too! It is very close to the village which is a plus. The train goes by a couple of times a day but didn't bother us a bit. We will definitely stay at this gem again! Thank you so much Bennington! :)

We will be back!

Home was very clean, great location and perfect for our little family or a couple groups of friends. We will be back! Highly recommend.

A very comfortable stay

Comfortable furniture, sharp kitchen knives, plenty of games and movies, and tucked in the forest but close enough to walk to the village. And dog friendly, too. Thanks for a great stay.

8 Coyote Lane - Sunriver Getaway

The cabin is fantastic overall. We stayed here in late July, so sitting on the back deck in the morning was a great way to start the day and breath in some fresh air. And once it was dark enough, the deck was a great place to look at the stars and watch meteors flash by. If you want to use the bikes in the garage, bring bike locks if you want to ride them somewhere and lock them up. Make sure the hot tub cover is balanced just right or it may fall - as it did with us. Fortunately no one was underneath it.

This is such a cute cabin! We loved our stay here. A short walk to the village and Starbucks. Perfect for our family, would definitely stay here again.

Fun, cute cozy place in Sunriver

Virginia - Eugene

Although the train does run right behind the house, it wasn't intrusive at all. It went by a few times a day, never blowing it's horn, so I wouldn't let that deter anyone from staying here. The hot tub at night with the stars out was heavenly. Cute place, perfect for 2 couples, and extra room with a day bed and a pull out if needed. Close to the store and restaurants-very convenient. I loved the way Bennington Properties checked in with us to see if everything was perfect (it was...)

Beautiful staycation

Jeremy - Bend

Super cute condo, nice outside picnic table with built in bench seat was a nice touch, woodstove rocks for the little place.

My husband and I had a great time staying at 8 Coyote Lane. I want to thank you for the dog treats you left for Zoe. Great place to stay

Great location, kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc., and my kids LOVED the trains! We hope to return next year.

Birthday Weekend Stay

Cozy, cute ski chalet with tons of character. Close to the village and easy access to the SHARC.

Stuck Windows

Kyle - Salem

Despite the rating, this is a nice house. Charming and cozy cabin feel. My wife and I have stayed at a variety of different Bennington properties, so we have experience with them. The experiences that led to the poor ratings are detailed below. The main issue with this house is that NONE of the windows work. Not even the garage windows. (I tried to open the garage window because I was hoping at least one of the windows worked). They appear to be sealed shut by either paint or just nailed shut. You could hear the windows trying to open as you cranked the mechanism. We stayed during June, and although it was not too hot, there was no a/c (which was not an issue), but due to the windows not working, we were unable to cool down the house at night. To make matters worse, as you all know, heat travels up, so the upstairs loft was unusable. Fortunately, the home had several fans, so we blasted cool air in by leaving the door open. Ironically, and what made things more frustrating, is the fact that Bennington provided an information card explaining how to keep the house cool. One of the tips was to open the windows at night. As another note, it appears that the downstairs bathroom shower is leaking. As you face the shower, it appears the leak is from the left side. This was not a huge issue, but we had to put a towel down to soak up the water. As I mentioned above, overall this was a lovely house. If the issues mentioned above are dealt with, this house would be much more enjoyable. As an additional note, we DID NOT, address these concerns with Bennington while we were here, because we were able to address the heat issue using fans. The other issues were bearable.

Great time!

Bob - Seaside

The house is very welcoming and comfortable. Lots of room to relax and unwind after a day of fun on the mountain.

we have now been to coyote 8 5 times!!! it works out great for our small family. the pac-n play worked to help our 11 month old sleep. the backyard area was quiet for our dog to stay outside part of the time. all the amenities that we needed
