We had such a wonderful stay at 19 coyote! I really enjoyed how well the main living and kitchen area was set up, kitchen space was huge. My favorite part was the two deck options! The top deck felt so open and made it easy for us to relax outside with our dogs. The bottom level was private, coveted and held the hot tub. Walking distance to the main food area but it was so quiet where we were. If you’re looking for a place to relax that was very clean and exactly what is listed, this is it.

This house is stocked well with extra towels and linens. The location can't be beat. Easy walking access to the village and SHARC (if it had been open). The house is adequate and provided what we needed. But- this house is dark and needs updates. The electric baseboard heat made it almost impossible to be comfortable. It was either too hot or too cold! The lighting outside is very poor. The front steps are in need of leveling and the back steps are very steep. Add ice and almost zero light to the situation, and we were just glad no one got hurt. The tv nook is very cluttered and an eyesore, and the couches need to be replaced. Housekeeping overlooked a few things, and the hot tub jets don't exactly bubble. With all that said, the house does what is needed- it provides a landing pad for cooking and sleeping, and it was nice that our dog could join us. Check in/out is easy and strait forward. We will rent from Bennington again, but not this house.

Kitchen comes well stocked as advertised. The baby items provided such as gate, high chair, and pack-n-play were all very nice. There were a good number of towels for our stay and the hot tub was nice to enjoy. The train can still be a bit loud from within the house but it's manageable. The bedroom setup was nice with one standalone bedroom and bath and then two other bedrooms sharing a Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

What a wonderful property! Comfortable and cozy, close to everything, fabulous woodsy setting but close enough to the village for our kids to walk there on their own. We'd never been to Bend/SunRiver, and found it to be fantastic for a family vacation. When we wanted to stay an extra night, Bennington Properties arranged it very easily for us. Highly recommend!

We were nervous the proximity to the train tracks would be an issue but we barely noticed it. The fireplace was warm and cozy and the jack and Jill bathroom was great. This house is wonderful for a family with a dog or two. The kitchen is beautiful and clean. Lots of games and puzzles around too. Bennington properties staff was very helpful with treats, passes and answering our questions. Thank you!

Great property- we had read the train noise was a problem but it really wasn't an issue. Proximity to the village was more than offsetting. Bikes were in great shape. We really enjoyed our week!!

The house was very clean upon our arrival, well-stocked with fresh towels and soap, laundry detergent by the washer/dryer, spacious kitchen had new granite counters, a grill on the big upper patio, a hot tub, very short walk to the Sunriver Village yet far enough away to be completely peaceful, etc. The only (minor) thing needing improvement was the sliding screen doors need to roll open easier - other than that, the house was perfect!!!

Coyote 19 has a good kitchen and comfortable living area for a small family. The house would be very filled with a family of 4. It is an older home with baseboard heating, which for a wintertime stay can be loud and disruptive to sleep. The kitchen is generally well stocked, although could benefit with a replenishment of basics (salt/pepper/cooking oil). The house is dog and kid friendly, with gates to block the stairs down to the bedrooms, which is very helpful. Overall, our stay was fine. There are many great properties at Sunriver that we look forward to exploring for future visits.

The home and service were really great. We were really disappointed about the moving of the Grand Illumination and activities that usually happen around Thanksgiving. My family comes from all over and we all meet during this weekend due to the activities. We may consider going somewhere else next year, not because of your property, it was great, but because of the changing of the schedule.

Everything was wonderful, the house was perfect and the location could not have been better. If I could make a suggestion...The days were very warm and the house was down right hot into the night. Not having a A/C unit if fine. However, a floor fan in the living areas would have made for a much more comfortable stay.

Although this house is a bit cozy, it was in a fantastic location (walking distance to the Village and SHARC.) Everything was clean, kept in good condition, and was comfortable. I really appreciated the added touch of having bowls and treats waiting for our dogs upon arrival, it was nice to experience a more personal touch. The Bennington staff was attentive, incredibly responsive for the SHARC pass reimbursements, and the app was very helpful. Thanks for a great weekend at one of my favorite Oregon destinations.

We enjoyed our stay at 19 Coyote and found the house to be a good deal for the money. The shared bathroom was a little small but it was nice having a half bath in the upstairs living area. The master suite was great! The kitchen was well outfitted and it was nice to have a laundry room. During ski season the stairway made entry and exit more challenging. In summer it would be fine. Comfortable furniture. Pros and cons as with any property.

We were here on a sisters/cousin trip with 5 kids under 13. Nice location, fairly close to village & Sharc. Bikes sort of ill-repair but they did fix one. I wouldn't count on bikes being reliable; bring your own. Need a rack/place to hang wet stuff....Hot tub cover extremely heavy and unsafe, Don't let your kids or older out of shape folk try to wrestle it. Carpet tacks exposed in living room. Barb-wire art in hallway at eye level, pretty unsafe for kids, a potential hazard. Not thoroughly cleaned, there were some weird little worms on floor in closet we vaccumed up. Heard the train a few times at night but really not bad unless doors were open; not a big deal. Other feedback- for the money, I'd like to see more towels; 8 towels for 7 people just not enough, even with bringing our own towels for Sharc. And, bikes should thoroughly be looked at and maintained better for liability & convenience. They refunded our 1/2 sharc passes right away but I'd probably rent a place with free sharc next time; it is expensive. Additionally, I'd prefer a place with earlier check-in; 4:30 is pretty late. Nice comfortable king master bed. Overall tho, family very comfortable in this house; nice quiet location, never heard the neighbors. I like the coded entry; this was convenient as fam members could come and go. Well-appointed house with everything you need for a comfortable family stay.

Really have nothing to say bad about this property. We made some new memories at this place. Very homey feeling (bedrooms are smaller than they look in the pics) It was very clean and inviting and Surprisingly quiet. Train does come by a couple times a night... Interesting. Thank you.

My teenage daughters and I arrived to a warm, immaculate house, well stocked with all the necessary items to enjoy nearly a week in Sunriver. The home is a 20 to 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, where the skiing is varied and usually excellent. Booking the property was easy and the follow-up from Bennington Properties was also excellent, providing us with information and logistics. This property is mid-level budget for the area and I highly recommend it. In addition to skiing, we enjoyed eating at the Sunriver Brewing Company. I really like their fish and chips.

We were disappointed that the home did not have a garage. We missed having a spot to remove shoes, boots etc. before entering the home. We did enjoy the quick walk to the village. The kitchen was very well stocked! Wifi was terrible. <br/>All in all, we had a great stay. Thank you.
