This is a great home! Very close to multiple bike paths, easy walk to Fort Rock Park. We had a married couple, a teenager, a grandma and an uncle… everyone had their own space, grandma did not have to do stairs, and the bunk room had the best black out curtains a teenager could ask for! The master bath (part of a newer addition to the original house) is the best appointed we have used in a Sunriver rental, wonderful walk in shower, soaker tub, double sinks and pocket doors for privacy. Whole house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with all the things you need to cook dinner at home. Laundry machines were high quality and clean. The hot tub is in excellent condition and there are plenty of places to sit on the enclosed deck (lounge chairs would have been nice, even one or two.) If you have littles that need a bath tub (or for people that just like baths) there is a tub/shower in the upstairs en-suite and the soaker tub in the master is a nice size, the 3rd bath is a shower only. Overall it was an excellent stay and I would rent this house again.

Bring your own bikes for young children and bike helmets for all. The enclosed patio area was nice if you have little ones. There is currently a closed road by the house until June 2022 so be prepared to be taken on a road trip thru Sunriver to get to the house. There is a nice separation of space and the downstairs master bedroom is really roomy. There’s a good supply of books and puzzles for the family and walking distance to the park make this a good choice for families.

We stayed at this home with our 3 kids ages 4, 2 and 6 months along with grandparents and the layout couldn’t be more perfect. The master has so much privacy with a separate wing perfect for baby who needed quiet along with great bedrooms for the other kids downstairs. The grandparents had their own living room and suite upstairs which was wonderful. The home had fantastic cooking gear including sharp high quality knives and new pots and pans which can be hard to find in a rental. The home is light and bright, well decorated and felt like home. Kids loved all the toys in the garage and the deck was very safe and enclosed. The location was a very easy 5 min walk to Fort Rock Park. Bennington provided amazing customer service always returning my texts immediately which was so appreciated.

I would rent this house again. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having the two master suites and the loft area. I loved that it's within walking distance of a lot of things and the paved paths made it easy to get there.

Wow! I wanted a relaxing weekend with a hot tub and got so much more! I'm always nervous to book places because I'm not sure if I will let down or not. This place did not disappoint. Between the hot tub on our enclosed private deck, my master suite tub with heated floors, or the fireplace stocked and ready... I was just home away from home. Plenty of towels, provide plenty of dishes and everything you need to use the property. The garage has bikes for kids and adults and a pool table that flips into air hockey. Pleasant experience. I'll definitely be back!

This place surpassed our expectations as far as decor and cleanliness. My children wanted to move in. The layout is great with children old enough to be across the house, and there is a baby gate for the stairs provided. I loved that another couple could stay in the loft suite. It provided a little privacy that would be great with multiple families or couples. The master bath is superb. That shower held all my children, and the tub is large as well. The heated floor was a big bonus. The kitchen had adequate supplies and there were plenty of towels. I LOVED that the hot tub was on an enclosed deck, it made it far more private than what most rentals offered. It also meant my children could play on the deck without me worrying about them wandering off while I cooked or enjoyed one of the books left for guests. My children enjoyed the books, toys, and games provided.

My only complaint would be that the call in number to check in and check out required a land line, it would not accept calls from a cell phone...there was no land line in the home that we could find. Check out instructions were not very clear. So, very minor issues...the place was great.

Our stay at 7 Conifer Lane was wonderful! The open floor plan, lots of eating space in the kitchen and on the deck, and the beautiful master bedroom down the hall and "away from it all" was amazing! We had a family reunion and the other 12 stayed in 9 Conifer Lane. It was great to have the houses close together, which made it nice to eat and play games at either place. Thank you for providing high chairs, baby gates, and the pack-n-play. The kitchen was also well equipped. Thank you again! We had the best reunion!

The layout for this house is excellent for a large family or extended family/friend trip. The master suite is a slice of heaven! The master on the main floor is located away from the other 2 bedrooms and bath down stairs. The upstairs has a loft area, bedroom and bath. We had an issue with the range, and Bennington Properties was on it. We found a breaker was partially tripped and got that resolved without the need for a service tech. Bennington then followed up later to ensure all was still working since the next day was Thanksgiving. The house is well stocked for large meals. Pots and pans are ample, we just needed a roasting pan for the turkey and serving platter. Aside from that, probably the best stocked house we have stayed in over the lat 10 years. Seating is a bit tight for a larger party. That was really the only negative. Also, the thermostat screen is damaged and it was tough to read/adjust. We got it to work, and used the fireplace daily while there. Definitely would stay here again.

We have rented homes in Sunriver for the past five years. This is the first time we ended up renting a home through Bennington. We were delighted with the level of service. During the busy summer months we are always scrambling to get into a home on time and sometimes have been waiting on the cleaners. I think that the automated check-in, check-out procedure allows the cleaners to maximize the use of their time. We most appreciated being able to drop off luggage and bicycles in the garage upon early arrival. The house was spotless (except for a few spots on the carpeting in the bedrooms). The professional manner of the staff whenever we called or chatted online answering questions or assisting with supplies was refreshing. Although this home was not a large one, the outdoor enclosed patio with plenty of furniture made the home feel bigger. Everything was in working order and the house was well supplied with paper goods and kitchen cleaning supplies. Loved the use of bins in the pantry and bedrooms. With the smaller size of the house, this enabled the kids to keep their clothes, etc. more organized and the kitchen neater. A couple of small suggestions for the owners. It may be time to replensh glassware. The assortment was very mismatched and limited. We were constantly having to handwash glasses. Bench cushions for the kitchen table would be a nice addition. We used the couch pillows to soften the seats. A replacement on the grill brush would be a good idea as well. Other than that, we loved the location and are definitely considering this home or another Bennington managed property next year!

The hot tub cover bar needs to be fixed.. The bar has obviously ripped out on both sides many times and simply been screwed back in. It came out on the right side and I we stopped using it. It was a pain to deal with. I did not have much interaction with the staff this trip but I always enjoy the offer of happy hour. Thanks for a fun trip and I will see you next time. Thx, Nathan

We really liked this home. A unique and functional layout with "master" quarters separate from "kids/guest" area. The heated floors in the master bath was nice for the winter stay and the walk in closet was perfect for hang drying our non-tumble dry ski clothing. The only complaint I have is with the furnace/air handler. It makes a loud, almost constant blow horn drone that will eventually lessen but never really goes away. Being on a heat pump system, it turns on and off often so during the night, you may be awaken by it. I am sure after reading this review, Bennington will send someone out to check on it to find the cause and speak with the owners about remedy. Even still we had a great time with great weather and the house, again, was almost perfect.
