This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom plus bonus room has all you need for a cozy Sunriver stay! With spacious living and bonus rooms, you'll settle in and never want to leave. The living room has a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and large sectional. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware and dinnerware for all your culinary needs and dining table is equipped for 8 with bench seating along one side.
Downstairs, you'll find a secluded bonus room with TV, plenty of comfortable seating, a pull-out sofa and books for your reading pleasure.
All bedrooms are located upstairs.
Bedroom 1 is the primary bedroom with California King bed and attached bath with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 is a queen guest bedroom with TV.
Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk.
There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower and a half bathroom downstairs.
Head out on the back deck where you'll find plenty of seating that includes patio seating and bench seating, a gas BBQ, and a hot tub. There are bikes available for your use and for the ultimate family competition, play a game of foosball or air hockey.

This house was absolutely perfect for our short trip. It was very well stocked, extremely clean and very comfortable. Our family has stayed in this house several times before as it’s close to my parents home. We will be staying again.

the house is nice and big for everyone we had so many of us around the kitchen and the nice big kitchen table and the hot tub was a hit! this house is definitely on the top of our list to rent again.

I was very skeptical about renting this home because there weren't any reviews about it. However, this home was a nice vacation home for what we paid for. Sunriver after Memorial Day can get pricey but this home wasn't costly at all. It seems geared towards families with smaller children which was perfect for us. Lots of children's bikes and toys, a double stroller, and a bike trailer which Bennington helped us get the parts to make it functional. The living space is great, the bedrooms are small except the master. The home was clean and in good condition. The kitchen could use some more amenities, I would say it was pretty basic. If you are a cook, you should bring your favorite things. It was great to be so close to the river and the view. I will for sure rent from Bennington Properties again. They took care of every little thing that came up.

Great home and well stocked with all you could want! Easy access to Mt Bachelor and Bend and the trails around Sunriver were awesome. Loved our stay and will be back!
