We are a three generation family that visited Sunriver during a setback to phase 3 Covid-19. The fabulous house and the beautiful Sunriver environment made up for our disappointment. The kids had fun trying each unique, exciting bathroom shower. We spent numerous day and night hours playing pool, foosball and over 300 video games on that cool machine. The kitchen has everything we could ever want and there is an extra "beer frig" in the garage. The living room is comfy and cozy with enough seating for our huge family. The outdoor deck caught the sun at just the right moments. The bikes, the walking trails and the local hikes providexd just the right amount of exercise for all 3 generations. Although we were disappointed that most tourist activities were closed, the house and the Sunriver community kept us busy and entertained for a full week. Thank you to Bennington Properties. You deserve an A+++ for responding to every question and concern we expressed.

We visited for Spring Break with 2 other families. This house was perfect! With 6 adults and 7 kids, we had a lot of room to move around. The layout was great. The game room was loved by all and located in the perfect spot so that adults could enjoy it after the kids went to bed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This home was fantastic for our party of 10 adults and 8 kids. It was the perfect size. The game room was great entertainment and with the doors closed, it was quiet. Hot tub was great. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing is dining room table sat 10 and then there was 4 barstools, so not enough seating, but not that important to us. Would stay here again.

10 Blue Goose ln ——. It is very nice, beautiful, comfy, and the bathrooms are so surprisingly unique and comfortable. The house fit our large family very well. If we needed anything the staff responded very quickly. This time of year is somewhat not busy but they were very nice and quick. We shall stay again.

This home is perfect for several families traveling together. There was enough space that we never felt crowded. The playroom for the kids was essential and made a huge difference. The kids used it constantly. We used every inch of the home and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bikes were great. The kitchen was well stocked and very nicely remodeled. The location is a quieter location than near the village, but easy access to everything by bikes. Close to a beautiful path by the river and easy to get in and out of Sunriver. Would definitely rent this home again.

The home was spacious and comfortable for my family comprising ten adults and six children (aged 18 months to 10). The hot tub and game room were big hits with the adults and children, and the living room was great for evening get-togethers. Sunriver has pretty paths for walking and biking and is convenient to local attractions such as the High Desert Museum, Lava River Cave, Paulina Lake, the alpaca farm at Crescent Moon Ranch, and Smith Rock. It's a two hour drive to Crater Lake, but that site is so beautiful and not to be missed. The Oregon observatory at Sunriver is also a lot of fun. I would definitely stay at Sunriver again.

Great home with lots of room for a large-3 generation family. 4 couples had king suites and there was plenty of room for the 7 grandkids. 2 dishwashers &. 2 refrigerators are a big plus when traveling with a large group

The home was beautiful and very large for a big gathering. The kitchen was beautiful as well as all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each room had a very comfortable bed and the bedding was top notch. The outside deck area could use some updating and the front of the home had clumps of leaves that could have been cleaned up prior to coming. There were a few small issues like no propane but we worked through it. The game room was perfect and a nice addition. I would rent this home again. Everything that the property management team was in charge of went wonderful. The communication was perfect!
