Chalet style home right on the Meadows Golf Course. 3 bedrooms + loft, 2 baths, well appointed kitchen with knotty pine cabinets, new appliances. This lovely home is a gem in Sunriver with air conditioning and the location close to it all. The hot tub is off back deck facing the golf course.
King in master upstairs, twin bed in loft, queen in second bedroom downstairs and 2 twins in the third bedroom downstairs. Easy walk or short ride on one of the 4 adult bikes provided to the Village at Sunriver

Wonderful home with a nice cabin feel and great location to the lodge and village! Loved the new hot tub and cozy fire. We celebrated Christmas Day here, opened presents next to the fireplace and made prime rib dinner too! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed including baking utensils for making our cookies! We came here several times 10 years ago when our kids were little. Now they are grown up and we enjoyed all the memories! We all had a great time and will be back again! We had a wonderful stay! Also loved the free sno-park permit!

The accommodations were fantastic, the house is a short walk to the village shopping area and the support from Bennington is one of the best experiences I've had with a rental agency. I highly recommend 5 Augusta Lane for a stay at Sunriver. A plus is the hot tub!

5 Augusta is a wonderful experience. It is an upgraded a frame cabin located on the south course. We have stayed there several times and each time is a great memory. The Bennington team takes such great care of you from the time you check in til the unfortunate time you have to go back to reality. You will love this home.

Absolutely loved our stay in this home that fit our family of 6 perfectly. We rent in Sunriver often and were impressed if the cleanliness of the home - housekeepers did a fantastic job. Loved having the bikes and the 1/2 off shark was a huge help. If the owners ever considered selling or co-owning this rental home, we would be very interested!

Well loved vacation home close to the mall

This is probably the 8th time we have stayed at this home. New kitchen updates and new downstairs mattresses have enhanced a home that is obviously well thought out by the owners.Just the right size for a large family or 2 couples each with a couple of kids. Being on a fairway makes a great place for cross country skiing right out the door when there is snow like this year.
