An updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and hardwood flooring are just a few of the special features that will ensure you have a wonderful time staying in this attractive Sunriver vacation rental home! The open floor plan and large windows wrapping around the second-story main living area allow lots of natural sunlight - stay cool using the A/C or cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace while watching a movie on the smart TV. Prepare meals easily on the gas range and dine inside or step outside onto the large, upper deck to grill on the gas BBQ and lounge in the sun.
The 3 bedrooms easily accommodate up to 8 guests - the light and bright primary bedroom located upstairs boasts a comfortable King sized log bed, smart TV, and DVD player. The attached bathroom conveniently offers jack-and-jill access for guests on the main upper floor.
Downstairs you will find two guest bedrooms, one with a beautiful log Queen bed and the other perfect for the kids with one standard Bunk Bed and a Pyramid Bunk (full on the bottom and a twin on the top), a second full bathroom, and access to the private hot tub.
When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with the home. Conveniently situated near the ball fields, playground, and fun at Fort Rock Park, 4 Ashwood Lane will be a family favorite for years to come!

This home, although well appointed and comfortable is right on Beaver Drive so prepare for the road noise while you are on one of the decks. Additionally, there are train tracks about 75 yards from the home and a cargo train goes by 2-3 times a day (one always in the middle of the night). We enjoyed the private hot tub and the home was very comfortable. Easy walk to the Village to grab a coffee or beer.

Bennington Properties does a great job of communicating with people who will be renting one of their properties. There is attention to detail and it is a comfortable and cozy place to be. Would definitely choose them for a stay in Sunriver again!
Cozy stay--perfect for games and movies

The location near Beaver Dr made navigation to the Village and to the Sunriver Fitness and Aquatic Center easy. There was no sound from Beaver Dr, but we could hear the train on the east side of Sunriver a couple of times per day. The house itself was great for our 5-person group (two in the bunk room, two in second floor master, and one in the double bedroom) . The living room/dining room/kitchen is all on the second floor overlooking the grounds through huge windows, which was a great way to watch birds and lent a relaxing feeling. Kitchen was well supplied and the hot tub was clean and hot. Most of all, the service from Bennington was above and beyond, with texts from real people checking us in, etc. Two of our group used the fitness facilities 3 out of the 5 days we were there, which is a $20/day/person value that comes with the house. Major bonus!

It was very comfortable, beds were terrific, bathrooms were clean and kitchen was great. Rooms were relatively sound proof so we all had our privacy when we wanted it. Great deck, bar b q and all in all.... great. We would love to stay there again. My dear friend recommended your company so that our family and friends could help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our family and friends rented from you and the service we received in terms of tables, chairs, help with parking, a lovely gift of a bottle of wine for us.... was exceptional. Your customer service was beyond reproach and your staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for making our week long celebration so memorable.

Ashwood 4 is family friendly and accommodating for up to 8 guests. The location is ideal with bike access to the SHARC pool facility, Fort Rock Park with tennis, Pickleball, baseball, basketball, field and children's playground. The Village is also accessible via bike and we rode the 2.7 mi as well to the Lodge for dinner and music at the Backyard Bar. We will plan a return next year and see no reason not to choose Bennington and this unit!

Exceptional on all experiences. They suggest blinds on the downstairs door leading to the hot tub; it looks directly into the bathroom. Very clean. Will definitely stay there again. We very much appreciated the passes to the SHARC and SAGE Springs

Some of my friends wanted to come down from Portland for the weekend, so we booked this nice little house. Easy to get to if you are unfamiliar with Sunriver and want close access to the store. Highly recommend staying here during the summer and walking to the SHARC!
