We arrived just days after a wind storm. The wind had knocked down a tree and blew the Hot Tub lid off. The tree had been cut up and removed and the Hot Tub lid put back on. The bad thing is the Hot Tub was full of sawdust from the tree being cut up and the water was green. I called Bennington as soon as we discovered this issue and to our SURPRISE they corrected the issue as soon as they possibly could! Great customer service as far as we are concerned. We rent vacation homes around Mt Bachelor at least twice a month during snow season and use several different rental agencies, we will now use Bennington as often as they have a rental that fits our needs and days. Beautiful cabin in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The view from the home out the back is beautiful. The home is well-appointed and cozy and very warm. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Extremely wonderful, extremely poor
The home was amazingly comfortable and, overall, my kids and I created many everlasting memories celebrating my wife's milestone birthday. Every room was well-stocked and impressively maintained. The major issue I had with the property was the hot tub. Having a hot tub was the #1 search criteria for our important getaway and it was completely disgusting. If I would've known it wasn't usable I wouldn't have booked this property. The sign next to the hot tub stated that it's cleaned between every guest. However, the amount of dirt and sediment inside led us to believe it hasn't been cleaned for weeks/months (we took pictures if you want to see them). Needless-to-say we were extremely disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear that the hot tub was not up to par upon your arrival, I know our manager has already reached out to you about this but I wanted to assure you that the issue has been resolved so that it won't be a problem in the future. I spoke with the hot tub company that maintains this tub and he has since invested in new equipment to better maintain the tub. We have also purchased some mats for around the tub to help keep the sand out. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience, and we hope to see you again in the future.
