We loved this home so much, but the owners really need to replace the Master King Bed. It's lumpy and not very comfortable. Other than that, we loved loved loved the home.

Nice reverse living home with lots of skylights and a lovely deck. Close to Cardinal Bridge!
Spacious. Knowing guests were coming in it would have been nice when they opened the windows in the bedroom and turned on the fan that they would have closed the sunlight shades in the ceiling so the sun didn’t heat up the main part of the house it was extremely hot and stuffy, as there were dust and hair clumps that flew all around when we turned on the fans. It was apparent that no one swept under the couches and coffee table as we found toys and stuff when we had to sweep. The airflow upstairs in the main part of the house was not good and very uncomfortable. When we made our reservation Lisa was so kind as to reserve the pet trailer for us to pick up when we arrived but no one knew about it, they were going to get ahold of Lisa to find out and call me back but no one did so towards the end of the next day we went back into the office to check and they finally found it and had Maintence bring it out a couple hours later so there went 2 out of our 4 days there. Not the best experience I’ve had with Bennington and Bennington is who we solely use because of our past experiences have been truly amazing.
Hi Kristy, I'm sorry to hear there were some issues with your stay. I've alerted our housekeeping management about the cleaning oversights so that we can continue to improve our guests' experience. I'm sorry the home was warm on arrival, we do stock each bedroom with a fan, and we have extras available if needed. In order to keep homes secure, we cannot leave windows open as not every guest ends up arriving the first day of their reservation as expected. I'm sorry the trailer was not available upon arrival as promised. I've reached out to clarify with our reservation team so that we are not promising things that we can't deliver - we currently have one trailer that is available on a first come, first served basis. It is not reservable as we can't guarantee when it will be returned, however, we are looking into adding more to our inventory for the future. We appreciate you Kristy and I'm sorry this visit wasn't up to par with the experience we like to provide. I hope you'll come back and visit us again soon.
