|At Bennington Properties your experience as a guest or owner is our top priority. We work hard to ensure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing and we are confident you'll notice! We have a high level of housekeeping standards and in order to show you we stand behind these standards, we have developed the 100% Bennington Housekeeping Guarantee. Clean, well maintained properties ready by 4:30 every time.|
If the property is not ready for your arrival by 4:30, we will buy you dinner*. If you come into one of our properties and it has not been cleaned and maintained to our housekeeping standards we will quickly fix the issues. If we are unable to return the property to our standards in a timely manner, we will refund your cleaning fee.
**We define a “timely manner” to be by 10:30 am the morning after your arrival. Our housekeeping and maintenance departments will fix any issue during our normal business hours (business hours change depending on the season). Refunds not issued if we are not notified of cleanliness issues by 9:30 am the day after your arrival. Click here for a list of our housekeeping standards.
