Sunriver and Caldera Springs are adjacent
resort
communities located in Central Oregon and bordered by the
Deschutes National forest on three boundaries. Our 170 rental homes are
situated 16 miles south of Bend, Oregon off Highway 97. Sunriver and
Caldera Springs resorts have 40 plus miles of paved
bike pathways, a new aquatic center SHARC (coming May 2012), 23 tennis courts, the Deschutes River defining
the west boundary and two 18 hole golf courses.
Bennington Properties is located at 56842 Venture Lane in the Sunriver Business
Park.
