We look for ways to save our property owners money.  We make our money by renting your home, not by charging you for every little service.  Several of our services are optional, allowing our property owners the opportunity to save money through “sweat equity.”  We do not “nickel and dime” our property owners.  We have set out to design a program that returns a large portion of the gross rent to you, the property owner.  We have eliminated several fees that you will find elsewhere.  We have no fee for your stay or your family’s stay.  There is no monthly administration fee and the property owner does not pay the cleaning fee (this alone can be a $2,000 to $3,000 savings each year).  If we have to spend your money, we do it to protect your investment and to ensure that we can maximize your rental income.  Our objective is to become good stewards of your investment.

More and more customers are going to the internet to book their reservations.  We have designed a website that showcases each property’s qualities in great detail and is very easy to use.  All of our homes are professionally photographed to make sure your property is presented in the best possible way.  We receive accolades every day from guests who have chosen our company because of our website.
