Bennington Properties Building

The Bennington Properties' Office is located at 56842 Venture Lane in the Sunriver Business Park across the street from the Sunriver Library and Mike's Tire and Auto.  Built in 2006 this two story, 8,000 square foot building was designed by Pinnacle Architectures and built by Sunwest Builders.  The goal of the Benningtons was to provide their employees and customers an elegant, lodge style environment to do business.

Towering Ponderosas give the acre property that wonderful Sunriver feel while the large, rock fireplace that welcomes visitors makes it feel more like a mountain lodge than an office.
