What makes Bennington Properties different from the other companies?

We are the youngest Vacation Rental Property Management company in Sunriver and yet we have grown to become the 3rd largest out of 8 companies in just 10 years.  We have attracted many property owners from these other companies that were tired of the same old same old here in Sunriver and wanted a fresh perspective on managing their investment.  A testament that we have accomplished this is seen in the fact that none of the property owners that have switched to Bennington Properties from these other companies have switched back.
