We do not “nickel and dime” our homeowners.  For example, if we change a light bulb, you pay only for the light bulb.

We hire independent housekeeping companies to clean our homes.  A specific company will be assigned to your home permanently which allows them to become familiar with your home on an ongoing basis.  These companies are flexible and will work with you, if you so desire, to meet your individual needs.

We advertise extensively on the Internet, in a number of publications, and with periodic mailings.

Our personal nature attracts many customers.  Bennington Properties is best described by the phrase made famous by the sitcom Cheers, “A place where everybody knows your name.”
