A wonderful updated home with newer furnishings in a setting of tall ponderosas. Leather furniture in the living room. The owners take a lot of pride in providing their guests with a wonderful experience. You will find this home well stocked and well maintained. 1800 square foot, two-level home. King bed, 2 queens, full and twin sleeper sofa, full futon. Oversized loft or second living space with sofa sleepers. Total = 4 TVs (40" large screen TV in LR), 2 VCRs, 3 DVD Players, and a CD Player. Ping Pong, Foosball, Gas BBQ, and bikes. Short walk to Fort Rock Park which has a large soccer/football field, baseball diamond, tennis court, basketball court, kids playground, and picnic area.  The new hot tub has powerful jets and a great relaxing atmosphere.

"We rented a home in Sunriver every Thanksgiving for over 10 years with family and friends before we bought our vacation home.  Pineridge Lane was one our favorite streets when renting because it is so centrally located to all of Sunriver.  We purchased this home in 1996 and love how close it is to Fort Rock Park where we can take our grandchildren to play.  One of our fondest memories was our first Christmas at 6 Pineridge.  We spent hours walking through the snow to cut down our first Christmas tree from the forest and ended up with a perfect "Charlie Brown" tree.

It brings us a lot of joy knowing that families like ours are creating similar memories in Sunriver as our family did over 20 years ago.  We hope you enjoy our second home.  If there is anything it needs to make you and your family more comfortable, please let us know."
