Relax on the porch swing while you
watch the Sunriver wildlife go by. This cozy home has been freshly
redecorated. After your day of play, warm up by the wood burning
fireplace or jump into the bubbling hot tub (Either will relax and
sooth you). The master bedroom has been modeled after a calm meadow
and if you’re not quite ready for sleep you can watch TV or DVD’s
from the comfortable king size bed. This room also has its own bath.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and has been modeled after
the Deschutes River that flows through Sunriver. Also at the home
are two full size sofa’s and a queen insta-bed (inflatable bed) for
the kids or guests. Modoc 3 is conveniently located within walking
distance from the country store and Fort Rock Park. The home is
equipped with bikes to ride on the trails and a ping pong table in
the garage. Your outdoor activities are almost limitless. At the
house for your use are 4 tennis rackets, a baseball bat, mitts, bike
helmets, and all the balls for football, soccer, tennis, and
baseball. Home is stocked with all the conveniences you’ll need. In
case you choose to retreat indoors there are games, puzzles, books,
magazines, and a family friendly DVD collection. Also, you don’t
have to leave your furry friends at home since it is a dog friendly
home and caters to our four legged guests. |
