Comfortable 4 bedroom/2 bath
home located in the heart of Sunriver in Deer Park
where the deer and antelope play (oh sorry, no
antelope). A large back deck with hot tub overlooks
one of the largest common areas in Sunriver. In the
master bath, there is a Jacuzzi tub for private
bubbly relaxation. The gas fireplace in the family
area highlights a gathering place for games or
TV/movies with popcorn. The home is in easy walking
distance of the County Store and Rock Park. In the
garage there are both a ping pong table and foosball
and two bikes. One entrance to the 35 miles of
Sunriver walking/bike trails is at the end of the
street. Wireless high-speed internet connection has
recently been added.

"We've
been vacationing in Sunriver since the late
1980's. In fact, when we got married in 1989
our honeymoon was spent in Sunriver. In 1996
we decided we wanted to retire to Sunriver
so we bought our first home here. We love to
ski, hike, bike, golf, and most outdoor
activities. It is always so much dryer and
sunnier than at our home in Tigard, Oregon.
In 2007 we decided we needed a larger
retirement home so we traded up to #1 Modoc
Lane. With the 4 bedrooms we now have room
for more of our friends and relatives to
join in the fun when we schedule a trip to
Sunriver. We are looking forward to the day
when we can move over to the dry side and
become year round residents."
