Bennington Properties provides their guests with FREE UNLIMITED ACCESS to Sunriver's new Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center,  SHARC, open year round starting Memorial Day Weekend, 2012.

It is located off Overlook Road at Circle 2.

Most of the facility will be open to the general public including: indoor and outdoor recreation pools, 15-person outdoor adult hot tub, outdoor lazy river, water slides, tot pool, sand play area, indoor/outdoor café, picnic areas, kid play area with a rock climbing wall, basketball court, tubing hill, event/meeting rooms and a 1,000-person outdoor amphitheater.
